Episode Description:
Officer Pupp goes to Krazy Kat's house to propose marriage. He finds out that Krazy has gone on a picnic with Ignatz, and that Krazy's cousin Hazel Witch is caring for the house. Angered at Krazy's affections for the mouse, Officer Pupp conspires with Hazel Witch to create a love potion that will make Krazy fall in love with him. But the plan backfires when Ignatz gets the love potion instead.
