Let's Go to Ivo Tower, You Say Perry tasks Clark, Lois, and Jimmy with covering a story involving a gala held by Professor Anthony Ivo, the CEO of AmazoTech. Familiar with allegations of AmazoTech's illegal activities, Lois discovers several attendees she believes to be corrupt while Clark stumbles upon Ivo in the midst of an argument with AmazoTech chairman Curtis regarding the board of directors' desire to vote him out. Clark attempts to interview Ivo, but he has security throw him out. Clark sneaks back in with Lois and both find a secret room containing similar technology that Willis and Intergang used. They later glimpse Ivo demonstrate the Parasite 1.0 armor and attempt to drop Curtis out of a window. Clark becomes Superman to save Curtis while Ivo traps the attendees in the Amazo Panic Room so he can fight Superman. Realizing the armor absorbs his attacks, Superman stops directly fighting Ivo, draining the suit's power, before removing Ivo from it for arriving paramedics due to the armor leaving him deformed. Clark, Lois, and Jimmy return to the secret room, but find it empty. Later, Lois reworks her Superman board using articles involving sightings in Kansas and starts to believe Clark is Superman.
