Episode Description:
After failing to locate Jimmy, Clark reaches out to Lois to help investigate his disappearance, which she agrees to despite still being mad at Clark. They come across a broken fence and upon crossing it, Clark's powers begin to falter due to the area emitting red sun radiation as the two are chased by robotic OMAC soldiers. Meanwhile, Jimmy is taken to an abandoned scientific facility, where he meets and befriends Brain and Monsieur Mallah. The two originally worked for Cadmus, a branch of Task Force X that focused more on futuristic technology instead of designing weapons, before Task Force X raided them and caused a black hole to form that cost Brain his body. Since then, the two have been developing another black hole that they plan to make into a wormhole to access other dimensions where they could be accepted. Clark and Lois eventually arrive at the facility, where they apologize to Jimmy and Jimmy reveals he knows Clark is Superman. When the OMAC soldiers attack, they manage to fend them off using Cadmus's weaponry and mutants that Mallah and Brain created. They eventually use the mini black hole to destroy the units and create the wormhole that Mallah and Brain were developing. Before departing, Brain warns Clark that he's in the crosshairs of Task Force X. Later, the General has Ivo investigate Cadmus' technology to find a way to kill Superman.
