Buddy is bothered by Bitsy wanting to spend time with him and Sparks; Mr. Puppypaws plans to have a playdate with Ms. Poochytail, but does not want other puppies partaking in it, so he makes use of his Yum-Yum-Smell-o-Blaster to cause all the dogs except for himself and Ms. Poochytail to be lured into a warehouse with the smell of bacon.
